(Graphic courtesy UH Athletics)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The University of Hawaii men&#8217;s basketball team has earned recognition from the&nbsp; National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) for its achievements in the classroom.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>The Rainbow Warriors were honored with the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award as&nbsp;UH&#8217;s roster of 15 student-athletes earned a combined 3.1 grade point average during the&nbsp;2023-24 academic calendar.&nbsp;&nbsp;Each year the NABC recognizes&nbsp;teams that earn a grade-point averages of 3.0 and higher.<br>&nbsp;<br>In addition, two Rainbow Warriors earned individual accolades from the NABC: Graduate students&nbsp;Matthue Cotton and Justin McKoy each received the NABC Honors Court award.
